SMS MESSAGING We may sometimes inform you about your test results / diagnosis via text message. By giving the surgery your mobile number consent to receive information via text message is implied. If you do not wish the surgery to contact you or via text please inform reception. 

FLU VACCINATIONS In order to provide greater protection to our patients we are offering the QUADRIVALENT flu vaccination. Which protects against 4 strains of the INFLUENZA VIRUS.

Flu vaccination  If you did not take advantage of our Flu Vaccination drop in clinic you can still receive your flu vaccination. Contact reception to book an appointment

CHILDHOOD FLU VACCINATIONS. All children born between 1st September 2013 and 31st August 2015, or eligible patients who are under 18's that have a chronic disease can also have the nasal flu vaccination at the surgery. Please note if the child missed their flu vaccination at school please contact the school nurses to rebook it. 

PRESCRIPTION REQUESTS

Emergency Treatment after RTA's.

If you are seen at the surgery for emergency treatment after a road traffic accident you will be required to pay a fee of £21.30 which can be claimed back under the drivers insurance, see the main page for Further Information 

YELLOW FEVER CENTRE

We are now a Yellow Fever Centre and can offer Yellow Fever vaccinations to anyone who requires this.  You do not have to be a patient here to receive a Yellow Fever vaccination. Please contact the surgery to arrange an appointment with the nurse. The cost is £59.59 - this is for the vaccination and the certificate, payable in cash only at reception

Antenatal Clinics

  •  Held throughout the week by a community Midwife, Sharon Waples.

Childhood Immunisations

Chronic Disease Management

  • Asthma, Diabetes and COPD Clinics are held throughout the week by our specialist Nurses.

Family Planning and Female Contraception

  • Held on Tuesday afternoons with Lead Nurse, Nicola Anderson and assisted by Health Care Assistant and Phlebotomist, Mrs Sandra Donoghue.

INR Clinic

  • Held at the surgery on Monday afternoon run by the Anticoagulant Team from Northampton General Hospital.
    If you have any questions regarding appointments at this clinics please contact the Anticoagulant Clinic by using the number found in your INR booklet.

Mental Health

  • Runs by Mental Health nurse Laura McCain.

Minor Illness

  • Daily Minor Illness clinic with prescribing Nurse, Nicola Anderson.

Minor Surgery

  • These special clinics are held by Dr N Boteju and Dr E Ong and provide cryo freezing, pain relief and excisions of lesions.
