Complaints

If you have a complaint you need to go through the practice’s “in-house” complaints procedure in the first instance. Please put your complaint in writing to Mrs Chrisi Burns, the Practice Manager, who will look at the issues you have raised. You can use our Complaints_Form.doc for this purpose.  If you are making the complaint on behalf of someone else we will need their consent before we can proceed with an investigation.  Please use our Patient_Consent_Form.doc If you remain dissatisfied with the outcome of the practice investigation, please contact the Primary Care Trust’s complaints manager on 01604 651717 or 01604  651718, email: complaints@northants.nhs.uk as soon as possible, who will be able to advise you further.

If you still remain dissatisfied with the responses to your complaint you have the right to refer the matter to:
